Teaches yoga and is responsible for communication. Ramona extends 2x a week the strengthened muscles of our sport friends in dynamic, modern Vinyasa Yoga.
Teaches Movement. Cem is our Range of Motion expert. Movement focuses on mobility, coordination and strength. The training method is inspired by Ido Portal.
Personal trainer. Andreas started his strength training at the age of 15 & has been fascinated by the subject since day 1. He is an incredible expert in his field, but with his humorous, emphatic personality he makes tough personal trainings easier!
Teaches Olympic Weightlifting. Flo's passion are the weights. He is an active athlete (2nd Bundesliga Germany) and has been competing for over 20 years.
