We define your level.  

Train in the morning or evening in the "challenge slots" and benefit from the vigor and motivation of the other trainers!

One of our trainers will always look after you in the 2-hour slots.

With "12 weeks of coaching" you have mobile and easy access to your training plan via the KDS training app, but also access to nutritional guides, personalized tips from your trainer, additional knowledge and exclusive blog articles and much more!
